Upper body Kettlebell circuit

Here’s a great upper body circuit.  You can use Kettlebells or dumbbells.  Don’t skimp on the weight either.  Grap a 15lb or 20lb kettlebell.  If you find the weight too hard and you are compromising form, then go down but don’t be afraid to push yourself beyond your comfort zone.

You can use 1 kettlebell for most of the weighted exercises except for the chest press, grab both.
