TREADMILL CARDIO CIRCUIT AND MANGO KALE BANANA SMOOTHIE

I did this workout on monday morning with my daughter.  While I was running on the treadmill she did laps of the basement 😉
This workout will take you 30 minutes.  If you’re in the mood for a longer workout, repeat the workout twice.  I probably could have done 60 minutes because I found that this workout just flew by.

Today’s smoothie is actually quite interesting.  At first I wasn’t sure if the flavors mixed well together but as I was drinking it I started to rather enjoy it.  Feel free to omit the cinnamon if it’s not your thing.

Mango Kale Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 medium banana
3/4 cup mango
3 to 4 whole kale leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cups orange juice

PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend well.

Nutrition tip:  DID You know that cinnamon has some amazing health benefits.  One being that just 1/2 tsp a day can lower your bad cholesterol.
