It’s Tabata Tuesday Time again

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the lack of posts the last few days.  I took a little hiatus and went to Vermont with the family for the weekend.  We couldn’t have asked for better weather.  The colors of the leaves were absolutely beautiful. This is definitely why Fall is my favorite season.

We stayed here in Jay Vermont.  My son’s hockey team was playing in a tournament.  The ice rink where the games were played was literally right next to the hotel.   Attached to the hotel is a huge indoor waterpark that includes a surf simulator, water slides, climbing wall and a lazy river.  Amazing right? We would go from the hotel, to the rink to the waterpark.  We didn’t have to move our vehicle all weekend.  I also decided to “un-plug” for the weekend.  I shut my phone and IPAD off  and let me tell you how great it felt.  I highly recommend doing it.

Monday morning it was back to reality.  Work, homework, groceries and running the kids to their activities.  Although I got 1 workout in over the weekend along with an amazing hike down the mountain (Thanks T) , I’m definitely in the mood for some heart pumping workouts this week.
