GOOD MORNING WORKOUT

Coffee, Food, and Workouts.  I need those three things in my life in order to keep me from being a MEGA BITCH.

I’ll be travelling today and I wanted to do a quick workout before starting off on my journey.  I know that fitting in a workout will definitely make me feel less restless in the car. This workout including a warmup  will definitely take you less than 20 minutes.  Do this right when you wake up and you’ll feel fantastic for the rest of the day 🙂
