Get Ready for Some Tabata
You’re probably wondering what the heck is Tabata.  Well……
 Tabata is a type of interval workout, which means you alternate periods of intense work with periods of recovery. You can choose any intense exercise, like jumping jacks, lunge jumps, or squat jumps for example.

One cycle of Tabata takes four minutes. The four minutes are comprised of eight sets of 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of complete rest.

Tabata workouts will help you burn a relatively large amount of calories in a short amount of time.  The following workout contains a mix of Tabata and Strength.  You want to burn calories to fit into those skinny jeans….THIS WORKOUT IS FOR YOU!!!!
