Extreme Leg Workout day

I was in the mood for a good leg workout today and I wasn’t able to make it to the hill to do hill training so I did the following workout at the gym at work.

I warmed up on the rowing machine.  I think the rower is my new favourite cardio machine.  It’s great for aerobic conditioning and muscle toning.  Rowing involves all the muscles in your body and trains them evenly so it’s a great machine to warm up with.
