9 Minute Abdominal Circuit

It’s not too late to tone that midriff this summer.  Put down your Strawberry Daiquiry and give this workout a try.  You can do this workout on it’s own or add it to the end of a circuit workout like this one

This circuit contains 6 exercises.  Set your timer for 20 seconds of work  followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Perform each exercise in the circuit and then repeat the circuit 3 times.  This workout will take you 9 minutes.
