Blue Energizer Smoothie

Happy Monday Everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed your weekend.

Instead of starting off your day with an X-large “double double”, try this instead.

This smoothie is jam packed full of antioxidants and will help kick start your morning.

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 or  1 1/2 cups of spinach leaves
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • about 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or a little more depending on how thick you want it)
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Blend until smooth.
